The location was GREAT. It was very easy to reach many tourist attractions.
I found the staff did just the bare minimum. I had to carry my HEAVY bags to the hotel and back by myself.

the hotel had a great location near via dante it was a short walk to the duomo the hotel was on a quiet street making it peaceful at night we stayed in two separate rooms that each had its own unique design they were all chic and elegant the hotel also provided a complimentary cocktail
i found the lack of complimentary water in the room unprofessional this reminded me of an oversight given the hotel's overall quality i believe providing water should be standard

the hotel included a comfortable breakfast room and lounge the breakfast area was well laid out and provided a relaxing space it allowed guests to start their day in a calm environment before exploring

the hotel is tucked away on a quiet street just off via dante the main pedestrian shopping street it feels peaceful at night while still being very central the proximity to popular attractions was very convenient

sabrina at reception greeted me warmly. she even offered a welcome drink when i got there. attilio also were great too. he seemed really friendly and helpful . breakfast was fantastic!
it was a struggle to fit my bags in it. there was no complimentary water in the room. room service, advertised as 24/7, was unavailable after midnight. i found this quite disappointing!

There were steps to get to it and I had to carry my bags. Breakfast was not great The space felt small and crowded. Staff asked us to leave quickly after we finished.
